Greeted by an intimate courtyard with pond and water feature, step into the main building that originally served as a steam-generated power plant for the Swiss-Italian colony over 100 years ago. While some modifications and conveniences have been added and updated over time, much of its original old-world charm still remains including the natural patina of the concrete stucco walls and iron hardware throughout.
